Announcing the 5th Annual Christmas Card Design Contest 

Christmas Season is year ‘round at the Christmas Spirit Foundation!

• We created this opportunity to promote Christmas spirit in every community, every age group and to have some fun!  So, dust off your brush, markers or crayons, get creative and share some joy and your talent with others! 
• It will become the most wonderful time of the year as CSF will print winning Christmas cards to share your artistic vision of what Christmas Spirit means.

 

Who can help us spread Christmas Spirit all year long?

 There are three categories of entry:

• KIDS - those under 13 years old on December 31, 2025

• YOUTH - those over 13 but under 18 years old on December 31, 2025

• ADULT - anyone 18 years or older on December 31, 2025

Essence of Christmas Spirit

“Christmas Spirit” can mean different things to different people. And that’s OK. We want you to design a one-sided Christmas card that depicts what “Christmas Spirit” means to you. The design should:

- fit on 6-inch x 4-inch frame (vertical or horizontal)

- can include any of the following: original artwork, photography, graphics, text

- submissions must not include copyrighted characters, brand logos, or recognizable elements that the entrant does not have rights to use

- submissions must not imitate a living artist’s distinct style in a way that suggests the work was made by that artist

- by submitting, you confirm you have the right to grant CSF permission to use the design for contest promotion and printing of the card

One entry per person.

Failure to disclose AI use (if applicable) may result in disqualification.

 

All entries will be individually scored by unrelated judges chosen by CSF. Judges will score entries on a scale of 1-100 on two parameters: 1) creativity, originality, overall neatness and presentation and 2) level of Christmas SPIRIT portrayed by this artwork.

PRIZES will be awarded for three age categories:
1st place = $300 Amazon E-gift card
2nd place = $200 Amazon E-gift card

3rd place = $100 Amazon E-gift card

Spreading Joy

Contest is open to anyone inside or outside the U.S. However, it is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that you can receive and redeem an E-gift card from Amazon.

Copyright: All contest submissions become property of CSF. Contest winners acknowledge that any cards produced by CSF for sale are owned by CSF, and all rights to proceeds are forfeited to CSF. Winners will have the option of including their name on any printed/produced cards.

CONTEST OPEN: Entries will be accepted online only between February 11, 2026 and March 13, 2026. Winners to be announced once judges’ scoring is complete.
